Lake George Escape Camping Resort
2006 Career Position
GENERAL RESORT MANAGER
We are currently looking for a full time General Resort Manager candidate whose main responsibility will be managing all the operations at Lake George Escape.
|
This individual will be overseeing every department including retail, guest services, maintenance, ancillary activities, and security.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of operations management experience.
- Must have strong property management experience, particularly in an RV environment or a location where several ancillary activities were managed
- Strong customer service and public relations skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, co-workers, managers, and residents
- Must have experience managing a large staff and have excellent leadership skills
- Excellent organization and project management skills; ability to multitask a must
- Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of Financials and Budgets
- This is a full time, year round position. Annual Salary and Benefits will be provided
