This farm is dedicated to using low-spray techniques and micronutrient fertilization, so you can rest assured that their apples are safe to eat off the tree! This farm is also open all year ‘round, so be sure to check out their seasonal items throughout the year and catch the Darrows family at farmers markets in Saratoga Springs, Troy, Glens Falls, and other towns in the region!

Apple Hill Orchards

Apple Hill Orchards is open now until the end of October in Whitehall, NY. This family-owned orchard offers “u-pick” apples, for $20 bushel (2 large bags) and also has a variety of pre-picked fruits and pumpkins for your perusal and purchase! Currently, Apple Hill Orchards is offering Cortland and Macintosh apple varietals.

Schuyler Farms

Schuyler Farms is open throughout the rest of autumn and offers a variety of apples and pumpkins! Visitors can, of course, come to pick through the pumpkins in the pumpkin patch, and there is even more to explore at Schuyler Farms. On the weekends, you can get spooked in the haunted corn maze, hang out with the farm animals, pan for fossils and gemstones, or try some delicious treats!
